1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Ginseng Growth for human resources consulting services, including talent acquisition, HR policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR technology implementation, training, HR analytics, organizational design, and compliance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ginseng Growth.

2. Services Provided

Ginseng Growth offers a comprehensive suite of human resources consulting services designed to optimize your organization's human capital. Our services include, but are not limited to:

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary information, documentation, and access to personnel and systems as reasonably required by Ginseng Growth to perform the agreed-upon services. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data and information provided.

4. Confidentiality

Both Ginseng Growth and its clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, employee information, and trade secrets. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our consulting services will be clearly outlined in the engagement agreement. Payment terms, including invoicing schedules and due dates, will also be specified therein. All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the methodologies, tools, and general advice developed by Ginseng Growth prior to or independently of any specific client engagement remain the sole property of Ginseng Growth. Any specific deliverables or reports created for a client during an engagement will be subject to the intellectual property terms specified in the individual service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ginseng Growth endeavors to provide accurate and effective human resources consulting services. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Ginseng Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement for services as outlined in the specific engagement agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will become immediately due and payable.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments to Terms

Ginseng Growth reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our online platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
